Learn About Your uoguelph Accounts
Timing: Spring 2026
After you accept your offer, you will receive an email with your Central Login ID, temporary password, and uoguelph email account (aka Gryphmail).
This information will be sent to the personal email address you used on your Ontario Colleges application.
Post-Admission Requirements for DVT, DVTA and CVAOA
Timing: Start as soon as you accept your offer
Students admitted to DVT, DVTA, or CVAOA must provide proof of an adequate rabies antibody titre before September of their first year.
The immunization and titre process can take time, so it is strongly recommended that you begin as soon as you accept your offer.
If this requirement is not completed in time, your participation in required hands-on activities with live animals may be delayed.
Student Financial Aid (OSAP)
Opens: Spring 2026
If you require financial assistance, you can apply for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Please note: your $500 registration deposit must be paid before OSAP funding can be applied to your account.
Student Accessibility Services
Documentation Deadline: June 15
If you require academic accommodations, register with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) as early as possible.
If you are living in residence and require residence accommodation requests, documentation must also be submitted by June 15.
Registration Deposit
Deadline: Mid-June 2026
Watch your uoguelph email account (Gryphmail) for alerts to pay your program registration deposit.
There will not be a separate invoice for the registration deposit. The payment will be deducted from your Fall 2026 (F26) student account bill after payment.
The registration deposit must be paid before course registration.
First Semester Course Registration
Opens: June 2026
Course registration is completed through the Student Planning Tool on WebAdvisor.

Bring Your Own Device
Timing: Before the start of the fall semester
Students are required to bring a personal device for use during the academic year.
Before arriving on campus, ensure you have secured a device that meets the program requirements.
