Course Registration

Course Registration for the F23 semester will open on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 8:00 AM and is done through the Student Planning Tool on WebAdvisor. Course descriptions can be found in the Diploma Program Calendar.

Are you a new student (1st-year student) starting in F23? Please see the Start@RC website for your course registration information.

Planning your Course Registration

  • Most courses will have multiple SECTIONS; the lecture times will be the same, but each section will have different lab times.
  • Once you have registered into your courses, check your course schedule for conflicts. If courses are overlapping each other, you have selected two courses that are scheduled at the same time. You must change your selection section(s) to eliminate conflicts.
  • More than 6 courses will require a request for Course Overload and a Program Counsellor signature. Please complete the Course Waiver Request Form to submit your request.
  • The University reserves the right to adjust student's lab sections where enrolment numbers are insufficient 
  • The schedule is subject to change before classes begin in the F23 semester. Please update your timetable prior to the first day of classes.

Important Dates

  • Thursday, September 7, 2023: Classes begin
  • Friday, September 15, 2023: Course ADD (including section changes) for F23 closes
  • Friday, September 15, 2023: F23 Student Account balance due
  • Friday, December 1, 2023: Last day to DROP F23 Courses

To start your course selection process, select your program from the options on the left, then log into WebAdvisor.

Once you have registered into your courses, check your course schedule for conflicts. If courses are overlapping each other, you have selected two courses that are scheduled at the same time. You must change your selection to eliminate conflicts.

Students that have less than 6.00 credits and do not meet the pre-requisites to register into the courses listed above but meet the requirements to register in DVT*3010 must register into section R104 only.
