Course Registration for the F25 semester opens on July 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM and is done through the Student Planning Tool on WebAdvisor. Course descriptions and pre-requisite course information can be found in the Associate Diploma Calendar.
Proof of Enrolment
Print your WebAdvisor profile information after you have finished course registration for your proof of enrolment. If additional information is required, you can request a proof of enrolment letter. Your proof of enrolment letter will be sent to your gryph mail account.
Planning your Course Registration
- Once you have planned and/or registered into your courses, check your course schedule for conflicts. If courses overlap each other, you have selected two courses/labs that are scheduled at the same time. You must change your selection to eliminate conflicts.
- The University reserves the right to adjust student's lab sections where enrolment numbers are insufficient
- The University reserves the right to cancel courses where enrollment numbers are insufficient
- The schedule is subject to change before classes begin in the F25 semester. Please update your timetable before the first day of classes to ensure you have the most up-to-date class/lab times and locations.
