Parking On-Campus

  • Parking passes are available for students to purchase if they would like to park on-campus
  • Prices of passes range from $30.00 to $120.00 per year, depending on the location of the lot
  • Passes can be purchase through our online store

Student Housing Options

There are two housing options for students to consider when relocating to Ridgetown for their studies:

  1. Steckley Hall Student Residence (On-Campus)

    Living in Steckley Hall Residence will give you a great opportunity to meet new friends while having several comforts of home. By choosing to live on-campus, you'll live close to classmates, athletic facilities, food services, and classrooms.

    • Co-ed, dormitory-style facility
    • Staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
    • Smoke-free facility
    • WIFI available throughout the building
    • Coin-operated washer and dryers available on the lower level
    • Kitchenette on lower level available for student use
    • Fitness Centre located on the lower level for all students and staff to use
    • Quiet wing available for students looking for maximum study time
    • Located next to Willson Hall Cafeteria and a short walk to other campus buildings

    Residence Fees

    Applying to Live in Steckley Hall

    • Application Deadline: May 28, 2021
    • $500.00 deposit is due at the time of application. This deposit will be deducted off of the winter semester residence fees
    • An offer of admission must be accepted before applying for residence
    • Students living in Steckley Hall are required to purchase the meal plan
    • The Steckley Hall Residence Application is now open
    • Residence is available to students for both their first and second years of studies
    • Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis

    Note: For students studying in the Veterinary Technology Alternative program or staying in Ridgetown for on-campus summer employment, Steckley Hall is not available as a housing option.

    Dining in Willson Hall: Meal Plan Details

    • Students living on-campus are required to purchase a meal plan. The meal plan is currently being reviewed and further details will be shared at a later date

    • The meal plan includes 14 meals per week: Monday morning breakfast through to Friday lunch service
    • There are many different entree options to choose from at each meal, with many different healthy food choices
    • For any special dietary need, speak with the chef to ensure your needs are met
    • Students who are not on the meal plan are welcome to purchase food and drinks in Willson Hall using cash, debit, or credit during the cafeteria's hours of service

    Note: As Willson Hall is not open for Friday dinner service or over the weekend, students have access to a kitchenette on the lower level of Steckley Hall to cook meals or they may want to explore the different restaurant options available in town.

  2. Off-Campus Student Housing

    For students that prefer to live off-campus, there are many different rental opportunities in Ridgetown and the surrounding communities to choose from:

    • House Rental (room in a house shared with other students)
    • Apartment Rental (individual or shared with other students)
    • Room and Board (shared with the homeowners, sometimes meals are provided)
