Van Loon Farms is a family-owned grain farming operation located in Dublin, Ontario. We use modern equipment and technology to sustainably grow corn, beans, and wheat. We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working individual who is passionate about agriculture to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe and responsible operation of farm equipment for all tasks from planting to harvest
Manure spreading and hauling of grain
Record keeping of completed tasks
Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
General maintenance of buildings and farm properties
Assisting with various day-to-day tasks involved in grain farming operations.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with farm equipment
Willingness to work long hours and weekends during busy times
AZ license considered an asset
