Ridgetown Campus is pleased to announce Ericka Gonzalez-Smith as the new Associate Director, Academic Quality and Student Success. She will begin on January 4, 2023.
In this new role, Gonzalez-Smith will be responsible for providing leadership for all academic functions of the campus. She will be a key member of the leadership team and will also teach in programs.
Gonzalez-Smith brings over 16 years' experience in higher education including various teaching and leadership roles with the University of Northern Iowa, University of North Carolina (Greensboro), North Carolina A&T State University and Brescia University College.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education from the University of Northern Iowa and holds a Masters of Education from Brock University. Ericka’s unique experience provides a blend of leading individuals and teams, instructional design and employment.
