Peer Helpers

Student to Student Academic Help

  • Peer Helpers are a group of students that are available to provide other students with academic help, adjusting to campus life, study skills sessions and more!
  • Peer Helpers are available to assist students with academic tutoring using one- on-one, small group and large group formats

Leadership Opportunities

  • Students can get involved in the Peer Helper program during their second year of study at Ridgetown
  • Two Peer Helpers are selected per program so that students can get help from a student that has taken the same courses that they are taking
  • Students are paid an honourarium each semester for their help, so this is one of the part-time jobs available to students while studying at Ridgetown
