Troy Valley Farms is seeking a reliable, hardworking full-time employee to join our team. We operate a diverse mixed farm focused on cash crops, specialty crops, and livestock.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general farm equipment repairs and maintenance
• Safely operate a variety of farm equipment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Assist with all aspects of day-to-day farm operations
Schedule
• Slower months: Monday to Friday
• Busy farming season: Up to 7 days per week (weather dependent)
Requirements
• Valid G driver’s licence (AZ licence is a strong asset)
• Farming background and experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time, year-round, including weekends and longer days during peak season (weather dependent)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Compensation
Wage: $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
