Part-Time ACA / Receptionist Opportunity
Chedoke Animal Hospital – Ancaster, ON

Chedoke Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Animal Care Attendant (ACA) / Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time hours in the future. We are a busy, client-focused veterinary hospital committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on teamwork, and has a genuine passion for animal care.

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing client communications, emails, and records
Assisting with patient handling and restraint
Cleaning and maintaining hospital facilities
Laundry, stocking supplies, and kennel care
Supporting veterinarians and technicians as needed
Providing excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

Previous veterinary, animal care, or customer service experience is an asset Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
