Description

If you can talk fencers, feed, and your favourite pair of boots in the same conversation—we should probably meet.

Are you a recent ag grad or someone who loves agriculture and the western lifestyle that comes with it? We’re looking for someone who feels just as comfortable talking about feed and fencing as they do helping someone find the perfect pair of boots. At Brussels Agri Services and The Cowboy Loft, we blend real agriculture with everyday rural living, and we need someone who gets both.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

-No two days are the same here and that’s the best part.
-Helping a farmer troubleshoot a fencing setup in the morning
-Recommending feed or livestock supplies to customers
-Assisting someone in The Cowboy Loft find the right jeans, boots, or gear -Answering calls and helping customers find what they need quickly
-Merchandising products and keeping the store looking sharp
-Packing orders and staying on top of inventory
-Learning new products—from ag tech to western wear

Who This Role Is Perfect For:

-A recent ag grad who wants to stay connected to the industry
-Someone who enjoys people just as much as agriculture
-You like variety—this is not a sit-at-a-desk kind of job
-You take pride in customer service and doing things right
-You’re the kind of person who jumps in and helps wherever needed

You’ll Fit Right In If You:
-Have a background in farming (dairy, beef, cropping—anything counts) Appreciate the western/rural lifestyle
-Have an eye for retail or enjoy helping people find the right fit
-Are comfortable learning both the technical (fence, feed, equipment) and the lifestyle side (clothing, tack, etc.)
Are naturally social—you don’t wait for customers to come to you, you’re happy to start the conversation and keep it going

Why You’ll Love It Here:

-You stay connected to agriculture every day You build real relationships with local farmers and customers
-You get a mix of hands-on ag work and retail experience
-You’re part of a team that values hard work, good service, and community

A Few Things That’ll Help You Succeed Here:

-You’ve worked with a POS system before (or can pick one up quickly—nothing too fancy, just need to be comfortable on it)
-You’re a clear communicator—whether you’re talking to a customer in-store, on the phone, or firing off a quick email
-You’re not afraid of a little heavy lifting (50 lbs doesn’t scare you)
-You’ve got a valid G license and can get yourself where you need to be
-You’re good with our hours—Monday to Friday 8–5, Saturdays 8–3, and Sundays are for slowing down
