Description
Post secondary education in agriculture is an asset but not required and a combination of education and experience will be considered. Agriculture knowledge is a must. The role requires the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with excellent interpersonal listening and organizational skills. Candidates must show strong customer focus reliable follow up and alignment with internal processes and procedures. A high level of integrity respect and work ethic is expected along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid drivers license is required and candidates must be able to travel to customers and attend sales events. The ideal candidate is a go getter who is not afraid to drive down a laneway and knock on doors
