We are a well established locally owned independent farm supply business. We supply crop inputs – primarily crop protection and liquid fertilizers, general farm supplies, liquid storage tanks and related equipment, livestock feed and pet food.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Front Counter Sales / Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Seaforth, Ontario. This role combines front counter customer service with hands-on warehouse work and crop scouting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a team-oriented environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers while also supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Counter Sales & Service:
· Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
· Process sales, invoices, and payments accurately
· Assist customers with product selection and order pickups
· Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
Warehouse Operations:
· Receive, stock, and organize inventory
· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
· Assist with loading orders and unloading deliveries
· Make deliveries to farms as needed
· Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
· Clean driver’s license required
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· General knowledge of farm operations and of the supplies required
· Ability to multitask between sales and warehouse duties
· Basic computer skills (POS or inventory systems an asset)
· Arithmetic skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)
· Experience in retail, counter sales, or warehouse operations
· Forklift experience or willingness to learn
· Crop growing knowledge
