The Ridgetown Campus Adoption Centre was created to provide homes for animals that have been used for teaching Veterinary Technology students.
All of our dogs have been through basic training involving positive reinforcement techniques.
Meet Wishbone
Wishbone here! And like my name suggest, I’m a lucky 2 year old boy looking for my forever home. I love hanging with the humans, but I will do best in a home where I’m the only star – I don’t want to spend it with any other furry friends – I’m a solo kinda guy! I’ve been neutered, I’m up to date on all my vaccines and I’ve been microchipped. I know my basic commands, feeding time is my favouite and going for walks makes me the luckiest guy around. I am approximately 60lbs. Make an appointment to come meet me!

Meet Gideon
Gideon is an 8-month-old neutered Shepherd mix who is still figuring out this big world but is more than ready to find a family to call his own. This handsome boy is sweet, curious, and eager to make new friends, even if he sometimes needs a little reassurance along the way.
Gideon has been neutered, microchipped, and is fully vaccinated, so he's ready to head home with his forever family. As a young dog, he is still learning the ropes and will benefit from patience, consistency, and positive training to help him grow into the confident companion we know he can be.

Meet Prentis
Prentis is a spayed female Shepherd with a big heart and plenty of energy to share. She is a loyal companion who is looking for a family that has lots of time to spend with her and include her in their daily adventures.
While Prentis loves being with her people, time away from them can make her nervous, so she would thrive in a calmer, quieter home where she can feel safe and secure. She is a curious girl who is always ready for her next adventure, whether that's a hike, a road trip, or simply exploring the neighborhood. Best of all, she's a perfect walker and enjoys getting out and about with her favorite humans. Prentis gets along well with cats and has shown she can share her space peacefully with feline friends. A slow, thoughtful introduction to any canine companions would be ideal to help set her up for success.
