Animals available to loving homes
The Ridgetown Campus Adoption Centre was created to provide homes for animals that have been used for teaching Veterinary Technology students.
All of our dogs have been through basic training involving positive reinforcement techniques.
Meet Tonka
My name is Tonka – you will know I’m around because I don’t let anyone forget! I am vet checked, vaccinated, heartworm tested and neutered. Tricks? I’ve got lots of them. My friends have taught me all about manners and I’ve aced every test. I’m waiting for my forever home and a beagle-loving family to spoil me!

Meet Emmy
I’m Emmy – Beagle lover and all-around chill girl! I’m shy when I meet new people but that’s because the world is a scary place and I’m not sure about it when I’m alone. I like to live with others but for some strange reason, they all get to go home and I’m still here! I’m ready to find my forever home but I need someone who can teach me all about the ins and outs of the couch potato life! Walking? I’m an expert – just make sure you’ve got a fenced in yard, so I don’t get lost!

Meet Riot
I may be just a year old but I’m on high alert for my forever home. I stand tall and proud and always on the lookout for new friends, treats and just a pat on the head. Cuddles? Oh I give them! But be prepared to share your bed and couch because I am loyal to a fault. I’m looking for a home who has the time, understands my breed and is ready to go on adventures. Riot is a German Shepard who is vaccinated, neutered and heartworm tested. He is ready for your home in the middle of March. Book a time to come meet him!
