The Laboratory and Processing Technology Certificate is a program developed to train laboratory technicians for a variety of careers in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The unique, three semester certificate allows students to fast-track their education and find a career in the industry after just one year of study. Students enrolled in the Laboratory and Processing Technology Certificate will begin their first semester of studies in September 2011. Completion of three consecutive semesters, followed by a four-week field placement, will give students the training they require and related work experience to work in the laboratory and processing industry!
