Environmental Management Major

If you are committed to stewardship and resource management in urban or rural regions, then this is a great program for you. The Environmental Management Major provides graduates with the winning combination of applied science, research technology, and business expertise to prepare them for a wide variety of environmental management careers with private industry, corporations, and not-for-profit environmental organizations.


Experience the benefits of studying at two University of Guelph campuses in this four year program.Your studies will begin at the University’s Ridgetown campus, where you will focus on applied environmental research and academics for your first four semesters. Your final four semesters at the Guelph campus will provide complementary knowledge and skills.


  • Years 1 & 2 – Ridgetown Campus
  • Years 3 & 4 – Guelph Campus
