Living in Residence
Steckley Hall Residence
It’s easy to stay connected and close to everything when you live on campus. Our residence rooms feature high-speed wireless internet and many of the comforts of home as well as nightly intramural sports and many other activities. By choosing on-campus living, you’ll stay close to classmates, faculty, athletic facilities and cafeteria services.
Students wishing to live in residence can apply for a room in Steckley Hall. Residence is guaranteed for first-year students who apply by the residence application due date. The residence provides a positive experience in group living where students learn self-discipline and can participate in student governance.
Residence Details
- Steckley Hall is a co-ed residence with space for over 250 students in double rooms (single rooms available at an increased cost)
- Services include: cable TV, phones, wireless internet access, weight/exercise room, laundry facilities, and student lounges
- Staffed 24 hours/day
- Non-smoking facility with an assigned outdoor smoking area
- A quiet wing is available for students looking for lots of study time
Dining On Campus
- All students living in Steckley Hall are required to purchase a meal plan
- The meal plan includes 14 meals per week, from Monday morning through lunch on Friday
- Total current cost per semester: $1,195
- There is no weekend food service. The Steckley Hall residence kitchenette remains open for on-campus students
Residence Fees
- Double occupancy - $1,105.00 per semester (two students per room)
- Single occupancy - $2,210.00 per semester (one student per room)
