Our research and teaching staff are well-respected in their fields and provide support to a wide variety of clients.
We are proud to have applied research programs that address the bio-economy and bio-resource management as they relate to the agriculture, horticulture and environmental industries. The most recent initiative on campus includes a new bio-fuels and renewable energy centre. These projects are improving life in our rural and urban communities.
We are excited to be offering two new certificate programs in 2010! We will be teaching a Performance Horse Handler certificate, at the Regional Equine and Agricultural Centre of Huron (REACH) in Clinton, Ontario. Another new program, with a May start date, is the Laboratory and Processing Technology Certificate, which will be a three semester program offered in Ridgetown.
Ridgetown Campus has a strong reputation for providing highly skilled veterinary technicians to the veterinary industry. Our Veterinary Technician programs are highly accredited throughout North America and our graduates make a great contribution to any animal health care team.
